Write the product code you are interested in. Please ensure the code is correct for the size of the item you are interested in.

Fill in the contact details especially your email address and telephone number as this is how we will proceed with your enquiry.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of the enquiry and you will be contacted by phone if we are to take a credit card payment.

Credit card and Debit card are the usual form of payment, however cheques are acceptable.

When the order is confirmed we will give you an expected delivery date. This is normally within 14 days of the order being placed. In the unlikely event of the items being out of stock we will let you know how long the item will take to arrive, rarely over 8 weeks.

All prices include VAT.

Delivery within mainland UK is £40 for the England and Wales, £50 for Scotland. Some smaller items may be delivered cheaper please ask for details.

Orders over £500 the delivery is free.

Over seas deliveries are quoted for individually

We can deliver Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we are unable to give an exact time and in many cases we will only be able to give you a day. As most of our items are heavy help will be required with the off-loading of the items and in some cases extra people may be required. We will discuss these issues when confirming your order.

Carefully measure all doorways etc. from the street to where the item will be placed to ensure there is enough room to manoeuvre and place the item into position. It is your responsibility to ensure the item will fit into your home. In the case of a return for this reason you will be charged for the return delivery and a handling charge of 10%.

If there is a fault / damage we will replace the item or give a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Any subsequent manufacturers faults found in the furniture are guaranteed for 12 months.
